What is the difference between Genius Weft and Keratin U-Tip?

Genius Weft is an ultra-thin, flexible hair weft. Keratin U-Tip is applied bond by bond. The right method depends on your natural hair, desired result and maintenance. Discuss your choice with an experienced stylist.

What length and amount does a set contain?

Current Genius Weft and Keratin U-Tip sets contain 100 g of hair, 50 cm long. One set is not automatically enough for every application. Ask a stylist to determine the amount first.

How many extensions do I need?

It depends on hair density, current length, desired length and method. The pack calculator converts an amount recommended by your stylist into sets; it does not recommend a personal amount.

Can extensions be applied to fine or short hair?

First ask a specialist to assess the right distribution and weight for your hair. For fine or short hair, the guide recommends personal advice.

How do I choose the right colour?

Compare swatches in daylight with the mid-lengths and ends of your hair. Check undertones and transitions too. The colour ring provides a physical reference.

Are the colours on my screen exact?

No. Lighting, camera and screen settings affect how colours appear. Use online images to explore shades and confirm the match with physical swatches.

Can I send photos for colour advice?

Yes. Send your question through the advice form and your photos by email to info@fee-extensions.com. The photo helper lets you view and share images locally from your device. Photos are not added to the form automatically.

Can I combine different colours?

A stylist can compare multiple shades to create a soft blend or added depth. Ask for advice before combining or ordering colours.

How should I brush my extensions?

Detangle gently in sections, starting at the ends and supporting the bonds with your hand. Use a brush suited to your type of extensions.

What should I keep in mind when washing and drying?

Clean gently and dry the roots carefully. Keep oils and heavy care products away from the bonds. Follow the instructions for your technique.

How do I sleep with extensions?

Go to bed with dry hair and tie it loosely, for example in a relaxed braid. Ask your stylist what suits your application.

When should I have my extensions maintained?

Plan this with your stylist based on the technique, regrowth and condition of your hair. Wefts may need to be moved up; for U-Tips, discuss checks and professional removal.

Can I colour or remove my extensions myself?

Discuss any colour treatment with Fee Extensions or your stylist first. Have extensions applied and removed by an experienced professional.

What if my colour is out of stock?

Check the selected variant and cart information. Contact us to discuss expected availability before ordering.

How does the colour ring work for professionals?

Professional customers receive the ring free with their first order. If you order the ring on its own first, you receive a discount code for its value towards your next purchase. Ask us how it applies to your order.

Where can I find information about returns?

Read the current refund policy at the bottom of the website. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and include your order number when asking about an order.

Does Fee Extensions offer training?

Yes. Use the training form to tell us about your experience, interests and learning goals. Our team will then discuss the options with you.

How much does training cost and what is included?

Request the latest training information. Confirm the programme, price, duration, location, materials and any model requirements before booking.

Does an information request count as an enrolment?

No. The form is for requesting information and availability. A confirmed training course or appointment is arranged separately.
