Shipping policy

Fee Extensions ships only to addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands. Shipping is free for every order delivered to either country. Shipping costs are included in the displayed product prices; no additional shipping charge is added at checkout.

Processing and delivery

For items in stock, we aim to deliver orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM on a business day on the next business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, at weekends or on public holidays are processed from the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays.

If a selected variant is temporarily out of stock or supplied to order, we show the different delivery time on the product page or during ordering. We will notify you when your order ships and provide tracking information where available.

Delivery area

We currently deliver only within Belgium and the Netherlands. Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

Delivery problem?

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fee-extensions.com. Include your order number and, for visible damage, photographs of the parcel and its contents so we can help you.
